If you puchased a download product, you should receive a download link at the end of payment checkout. Help Opening the .ZIP File

Some product downloads are delivered as a zipped file. Most computers have no problem opening a .zip file. In the event that you are unable to open the zipped file, no problem. Here's free software that will open the zipped file:
WinZip - for Windows computers
ZipIt - for Mac computers

Help with Video/Audio Files

The video has been heavily compressed to save you download time, so a little choppiness in playback is normal. If the video or audio is not playing at all, then you have a different problem... you need the newest free QuickTime player. Oh, make sure you have your computer's speaker volume up too. By the way, FunkyChops, DoubleThump, Song Perpsective Bass Lesson & SuperChords require QuickTime.

Help with Software

Most computers have the Flash player that is required to use QuickBeat, BluesKat, SuperChords & JimLeeJam. If you don't, you can download the newest Flash player for free. Make sure your computer volume is up too.
